SHIPPING

We ship Australia-wide and Internationally.

 

DOMESTIC DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

If item/items are in stock, orders will be shipped Australia Express Post within five days of payment approval. Back-order items may take up to two weeks for completion and then be sent immediately via Australia Express Post. 

 

Free Shipping for all Australian domestic sales.

 

At peak times, there may be delays in delivery, our Customer Service will keep you informed if so. Insurance is not included in shipping and will be the responsibility of the purchaser, but please do advise if you wish for your item to be shipped with insurance and we can arrange that for you for an additional fee. If you do not receive your order within the timeframe specified or your order is needed for a special date, please contact us at [email protected].

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

If item/items are in stock, orders will be shipped Registered International Air Mail within five days of payment approval. Back-order items may take up to two weeks for completion and then be sent immediately via Registered International Air Mail.

 

For International shipping, a flat fee of $20.00 will apply on sales.

 

There may be delivery delays at peak times, and our Customer Service will keep you informed if so. Insurance is not included in shipping and will be the purchaser's responsibility, but please advise if you wish for your item to be shipped with insurance and we will arrange that for you for an additional fee. CARE FOR YOUR JEWELLERY

Please refrain from attempts of cleaning your jewellery with any type of abrasive cleaning product or proprietary jewellery-cleaning products. Doing so may result in damage to the item. Please only use soapy water.

 

Changes to the colour of the metals surfaces may occur and be part of the natural wear and tear of your piece, generally is not a manufacturing fault.

 

REFUND AND RETURNS

For any returns, please send back the original packaging in the exact condition it was received. We offer refunds or exchanges for legible undamaged items returned within 30 days from purchase. If the item has been worn, we cannot refund, exchange, or credit note. Items must be sent by Express post or by Registered mail. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

 

If you do happen to lose an earring back or break something, we would be happy to assist you with reasonably priced repairs.
